It’s been a busy start to 2023 for Sun Bay Builders. We’re flexing our creative muscles with 19 currently active home construction projects, spanning a variety of build types, architectural styles, and locations.
Let’s start things off with a few featured projects:
Brightwaters Boulevard Renovation/Addition
A complete whole home renovation and 1500+ SF addition to this Brightwaters Blvd home, transforming it to a Modern British West Indies style. Finished total under roof will be 8180 SF.
Old Northeast Rehab
All-hands-on-deck upgrade to a dilapidated home on the northern end of Old Northeast. In addition to the main home renovation, we are also turning an existing accessory dwelling unit into a loft & craft room.
New Sun Bay Office
Our move from our former 16th St. location to our new HQ continues! Located at 4158 Haines Rd North in St. Pete, the office is located adjacent to Wash N Go Laundromat and is right on the outskirts of the Allendale neighborhood. Final touches to this project are upcoming.
Mermaid Point Addition & Remodel
At the beginning stages of this waterfront project on Mermaid Point, a tropical cul-de-sac tucked just north of St. Pete’s Venetian Isles neighborhood.
